Small Kidz wants to ensure parents to go to work with peace of mind; to have both parent and child feel at home with us. A good relationship with parents especially in communication(information exchange) is very important to us. Each child is special and unique and therefore has its own wishes. To stimulate the child’s well-being we need to provide a good pedagogical climate, which consists of the following basic elements: safe environment, attention for the child(ren), taking care of children, together with other children and also individually, norms and values, feeling at home and rewarding and correcting.")

Small Kidz offers high-quality childcare

In the center of the city you will find the ideal place for your child to safely discover the world. Discover, play and develop inside and outside... in our inner gardens. As a (future) parent, you want to go to work with peace of mind ... you want your child to develop from baby to toddler in a safe, playful, hygienic and warm environment.
Small Kidz is known for its green, adventure gardens and is very special in the center of Rotterdam.
For the baby, of course, their own group where they can grow up in peace and in their (own) rhythm ... In addition to regular care, we offer many extra activities such as; art training, yoga classes, English lessons using a special program with the puppet Benny. But also extra activities for children who may need extra care or challenge. Equally important is the presence of an educator who guards and maintain our pedagogical policy. Together with spezialized pedagogical staff for babies and toddlers, they are the heart of our daily care of your most precious possession!

Small Kidz' Hygiene

Small Kidz is committed to hygiene. Small Kidz Kinderdagverblijf was happy to cooperate in the context of the 'Simply Hands Clean' project by Erasmus University (in 2011-2012).

In addition to the existing hand gel dispensers, our groups were provided with extra systems for employees and signposts for the children: such as alcohol and (children's) soap dispensers and stickers to make the hand washing operations clearer for the children. Parents were also asked to cooperate; they had to keep lists of possible syndromes in their child in order to be able to measure the effects of the (additional) measures.

Hot meals from Apetito

At the daycare children from 1-4 year get a warm lunch every day. The varied meals are provided by Apetito and prepared on site.
